Santa!!!!!

Much to mommy's dismay, Cooper no longer refers to this guy as "Ho Ho."
But when Santa came to the neighborhood holiday party, he was very excited about the idea.

It was -4 degrees out, so Santa probably thought he was still at the North Pole!

Coop was so excited when we walked in and yelled "SANTA'S HERE!!" when he saw the big guy sitting by the tree.

He was a little shy when he actually got on Santa's lap, but did tell him "I'm Cooper" and "I'm 2".   I think he was star struck.  Santa is his first celebrity meeting,  after all.  ;)

Potty time!!

Ladies and gentlemen - after a successful incident on the potty at NeNe and Pop's house, daddy has purchased me this super sweet home model.
Of course Bert is quality control for everything.

Cooper's teacher caught this little snippet of him singing "NeNe's song" (as he called it to her,)  to one of the babies in his classroom. :)

GaGa and Grandpa visit!

Hooray!! GaGa and Grandpa came to visit me!!  And they brought the iPad. ;)

Haircut numero tres..

After a meltdown ended our quest to get Coop into a Firetruck or Plane or Police car for his hair cut, we decided that daddy's lap was the best seat.  It was still pretty intense,  but there were moments of calm.

And after we went to the farmer's market and rode the little train. :)
At lunch he informed us "I did get ny haircut, but I did get skeered and did cry. But not all cry."

You did great, Buddy.

Celebrating Dear Old Dad

Cooper spent the day celebrating all things Daddy... Hanging at Home Depot, eating a yummy lunch outside in olde towne Louisville, lounging on the bed watching the US Open (Coop likes to yell "it's goin' in the hole!!" at the TV,) and playing outside before dinner.
Coop loves his Dad, and his Pop and Grandpa too.

This is typically how watching them goes - break it down for a bit, then sit an relax.  And repeat.

I kept recording hoping he would get back up this time around too, but he didn't -so after he sits down you might want to skip the end.

I just like to watch him shake his booty.  :)

2 year stats

Coop is two year old perfection!  His doctor described him as  "bright and incredibly verbal"!
He has his bottom 2yr molars partly through and his top ones are coming, he is doing everything he should be and then some. :)

Time to start talking potty training!!

Puzzle time!!

Coop loves to do puzzles, at school and at home!
He was a little distracted doing this one, since mommy was making him do it AGAIN so she could film it!

 

Also - Mommy may have just realized that the pictures she has been "uploading" to the album from her phone weren't actually uploading at all - so the album has some new pictures in it too.  Sorry!
